Part 61.109 - 20 Hours with an Authorized Instructor (Helicopter CFI) and 10 Hours Solo - 30 Hours MINIMUM
Part 61.65 - 15 Hours with an Authorized Instructor (Helicopter CFII) that includes an IFR cross country
Part 61.129 - 50 Hours in Helicopters, 35 Hours PIC Helicopters, plus additional requirements for Cross Country and Night flight
Part 61.183 - For existing CFIs, there are no minimums other than holding a COM RH rating. Unlike Airplanes, Helicopter CFIs are NOT required to hold an instrument rating.
Part 61.183 - PTS/ACS requirements for the ADD ON vary based on what ratings the applicant currently holds. Having a CFII for Airplane will shorten the time and training needed. Like the CFI Add On, there is no actual time requirements.

Conducted as per AC61-98D. Time will varies based on recency of pilots experience. Proficient Pilots should expect 1-2 hours GROUND and 1-2 Hours FLIGHT.
